How long does it take to produce my clothing piece?

We’re a small team and most of our pieces are hand-dyed after your order is placed. Please allow 1–6 business days for us to prepare your piece before it’s shipped.

How is the clothing dyed?

Every piece is hand-dyed by us using cold-water dyes after. The dyeing process begins after your order is placed, making your piece specially prepared for you. :)

Can I wash my LISTEE tie-dye with other clothing?

Yes! We recommend washing your LISTEE pieces with other colourful clothing to help keep the colours looking their best.

Can I wash my LISTEE tie-dye product in the washing machine?

Absolutely! Our pieces are machine washable. Just follow these five simple steps:

 

Step 1

Wash with similar colorful clothing.

 

Step 2

Use cold-water wash at 30ºC / 86°F.

 

Step 3

Use a mild detergent.

 

Step 4

Hang to dry.

 

Step 5

Iron on low to medium heat, if needed.

Will the tie-dye colors fade?

Our dyes are made to keep their colour wash after wash. Following the care instructions above will help your piece stay vibrant for longer. 🌈

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide using local postal services and express shipping options. You’ll see the available shipping methods and rates for your country at checkout. 🌍✈️

How much does shipping cost?

Can I customise an order?

Custom orders aren’t currently available directly through our website, but we love creating something a little more personal. Send us a message on Instagram or Facebook with your ideas, colours or preferred pattern, and we’ll see what we can create together. ;)

Is there wholesale availability?

Yes! We create tie-dye pieces for companies, stores, creative projects and other collaborations. We can develop personalised patterns and colour combinations to suit your project. For wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly.
