Shipping Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Orders are shipped out within 1-6 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
NOTE: If you choose the LP Express shipping option, your order will be sent to the parcel machine you have indicated. If you have not indicated a parcel machine, the closest one to your shipping address will be chosen when sending your order.

Domestic orders will ship via LP Express or VENIPAK. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout.
International Orders
International orders will ship via Lithuanian Post. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: The exact shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Duty Fees and taxes will not be refunded on returns.
Shipping Status
Upon shipping you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.
